Launch My Boutique.

Terms

These terms explain what we build, what it costs, what we promise, and what happens if something goes wrong. They are written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected] and ask before you pay us anything.

1. Who we are

Launch My Boutique is operated by its founder, a sole trader operating from Bangladesh. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Launch My Boutique; “you” means the boutique owner or business buying a store from us.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to this website and to the service we sell through it: The 48-Hour Boutique Launch. When you book a build, we also send you a written agreement covering your specific project. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the agreement wins for your project.

Nothing on this website is an offer you can accept by itself. A project starts when you pay the booking deposit and we confirm your slot in writing.

3. What we build

The 48-Hour Boutique Launch is a complete online store, built for you on our template, including:

  • A designed, working store with your name, logo and colours
  • Your first 30 products uploaded, with descriptions written for you
  • Checkout configured to take cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through your own payment account
  • Automatic order confirmations and shipping notifications to your buyers
  • Your store kept online, fast and secure for 12 months from launch
  • A Launch Kit — announcement graphics and captions for your followers
  • 30 days of small tweaks after launch
  • A personal handoff call and a short “how to add a product” video

Not included: your domain name (you buy it — see §8), the fees your card processor charges on each sale, and anything outside the template. Custom features, custom design and integrations are quoted separately before any work starts. We will never add a cost you didn’t agree to in advance.

We only sell what already exists. If we mention something as coming later, it is described as future and is not part of what you are paying for today.

4. What you provide, and what “complete content” means

Your part is short by design: your logo and product photos sent to us, plus about five minutes to buy your domain.

Your content is complete when we have all of the following:

  • Your logo, as a vector file or a transparent PNG at least 1000px wide
  • Product photos meeting the published photo standard we send you
  • Your product list in the spreadsheet template we send you (name, price, variants, stock)
  • Your shipping rates, returns policy and contact details
  • A short note on tone and what to say about your business

The moment all of it is in, we send you an explicit “clock started” message naming the date and time your store will be ready to approve. The timing promises in §5 run from that message — not from your deposit, and not from a partial delivery of content.

You confirm that you own or are licensed to use everything you send us, that your products are legal to sell where you sell them, and that you are responsible for your own tax, consumer-law and product-safety obligations as a merchant.

5. Our two timing promises, and the refund

These are two separate promises. We state them separately every time, because they depend on different things.

  1. Your store is built and ready for you to approve within 48 hours of us receiving your complete content — or you get a full refund of everything you have paid us.
  2. It goes live within 24 hours of your payment account being active.

The second promise depends on your own payment account being approved by the processor, which typically takes 1–3 business days and is decided by them, not by us. We start that application with you the same hour you book, but we cannot approve it for you, and a delay caused by the processor does not trigger the refund under promise 1.

If we miss promise 1, email us and we refund in full. No conditions, no retention conversation.

6. Prices and payment

Our standard price is $499 plus $99/month. Founding boutiques — the first five — pay $299 plus $49/month, with the $49 locked for as long as they stay with us. After the five founding slots fill, the price moves to $399 plus $79/month, and then to the standard price.

How payment works:

  • $149 books your build slot
  • $150 — the balance — is due only after you have seen and approved your live preview
  • The monthly fee starts on launch day

We send payment links directly; this website never takes payment. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes or bank charges that apply where you are.

You approve your live store before the balance is due. If you approve it, the balance is payable; if you don’t want to proceed at that point, you don’t pay the balance, and we don’t launch the store.

7. Revisions, tweaks, and changes outside the scope

Your build includes two rounds of revisions before launch and 30 days of small tweaks afterwards — text changes, swapped photos, price and stock corrections, adjustments to your policies and settings.

Work outside the template — new features, custom design, integrations with other systems — is not a tweak. We’ll tell you plainly when a request crosses that line, quote it before doing anything, and only start once you’ve agreed the price in writing. If a licence or subscription is needed for something you’ve asked for, we buy it and bill you for it; we won’t ask you to buy software and hand us the keys.

8. Your domain, and what you own

You buy your domain yourself, in your own name, on your own card, at the registrar we recommend when you book — typically around $12 a year. We send you one link and the two settings to paste. We then run the technical side for you.

This matters, so we’ll be blunt about it: the domain is yours. Your store runs on open-source software. There is no platform lock-in and nothing of yours is held on our account in a way you can’t take back.

What is yours: your domain, your content and photos, your product data, your customer and order data, and the store we deliver — the files, the content, and the database. You may move it to any host you like, at any time, and we will not charge you a fee or withhold anything to make that harder.

What stays ours: the base template and the internal tools and scripts we use to build stores quickly, which we reuse for other clients. This doesn’t limit anything in the paragraph above — what you have, you can take and run anywhere.

9. The monthly service

Your monthly fee keeps your store online, secure and up to date. It covers hosting, security, software updates, domain and DNS management, order confirmations and shipping notifications to your buyers, and support from us when something needs attention.

It is billed monthly in advance from launch day. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the month you’ve paid for. We don’t charge a cancellation fee and we don’t require notice periods.

If a monthly payment fails, we’ll tell you and give you 14 days to fix it. If it’s still unpaid after that, we may suspend the service — meaning your store goes offline until payment is made. We will not delete your store or your data because of non-payment; §11 governs what happens to your data when things end.

10. Founding clients: the exchange

The founding price is a trade, and we say so openly. In exchange for the reduced setup fee and the locked monthly rate, founding clients agree to give us, once real orders are flowing through the store:

  • A short video testimonial (about 60 seconds)
  • Permission to use your store as a case study, including screenshots
  • Two introductions to other boutique owners who might benefit

Any numbers of yours — revenue, order counts — are only ever published with your approval, given separately each time. If you’d rather we published nothing at all, tell us and we won’t; we’d rather have a happy client than a case study.

11. Ending the agreement, and how you leave

Either of us can end the monthly service at any time as described in §9.

When you leave, for any reason, this is what happens — and it happens whether we parted well or badly:

  1. You keep your domain. You point it wherever you want; we release control of the settings.
  2. We give you a complete export of your store — files, content and database — in a standard format any competent developer or host can use.
  3. We keep your store running for 30 days after you tell us you’re leaving, so you have time to move it without going offline.
  4. We delete your data from our systems after that, apart from what we’re required to keep (invoices, tax records).

There is no exit fee and nothing is held back. We’d rather be the company you left cleanly and recommended anyway.

12. Things we won’t build

We won’t build or host stores selling illegal or counterfeit goods, adult content, weapons, prescription medicines or controlled substances, or anything designed to deceive buyers. We may end an agreement immediately, without refund of monthly fees already used, if a store is used for any of these.

13. Support and how to reach us

Email [email protected], or use whichever direct channel we’ve agreed with you. We aim to respond within one business day. We’re a small team in a different timezone from most of our clients, so if something is genuinely urgent, say so in the subject line.

14. What we don’t promise

We build the store, keep it running, and stand behind the timing promises in §5.

We do not promise sales, revenue, traffic, or any particular business result. Whether your store makes money depends on your products, your pricing, your audience and your marketing — things we don’t control. Anyone who promises you a revenue outcome from a website is guessing.

We also depend on services we don’t own — your payment processor, your domain registrar, the hosting and network providers behind your store. We choose them carefully and manage them for you, but we are not responsible for their outages, decisions, or approval processes.

15. Confidentiality

We treat everything you share with us — your photos, your plans, your numbers — as confidential, and we don’t share it with anyone outside the people working on your store. If we ask to show your store publicly, we ask you first (§10).

16. Limits on our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that can’t be limited by law.

Beyond that: our total liability to you for anything connected to our service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or lost data beyond the backups we hold and can restore.

We take backups regularly and can restore your store from them. Please keep your own copy of your product photos and product list — the originals should always live somewhere you control.

17. Changes to the service or these terms

We may update these terms. If we change something that materially affects an active client, we’ll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel before it does. Your locked monthly rate stays locked; that’s the whole point of it.

18. If something goes wrong between us

Email us first. Most things are fixable in a day if someone just says what’s actually wrong. If we can’t sort it out that way, we’ll both try to resolve it in good faith before anyone involves lawyers.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute. This doesn’t remove any consumer-law protection you have in your own country that can’t be contracted away.
